When I was college we had to get to the gym at 6:30am. It was the only time the university rec center wasn't crawling with people and you could get in an efficient workout. Otherwise you were standing around for 2 hours trying to get it done.
Hey Chad...I personally like to workout in 50 minutes or less. Sounds like you workout hard too!
