Is Your Fitness Better After 1 Month?

Back on July 1 of this month I wrote:

Today is the first day of the rest of your health and fitness year! You did do your FITNESS REVIEW yesterday right? Now you're ready to re-energize your exercise battery and "get back on track" or "challenge yourself even more!"

Well, how did your month go? One way to find out is to take your body measurements and check your body fat percentage. Lost inches and decreased body fat is a sign that you are burning body fat and toning your body.

You should take these measurements at least every four weeks to monitor your progress. You can weigh yourself too but I'm more concerned with you burning body fat. REMEMBER, FAT LOSS IS MORE IMPORTANT THAN WEIGHT LOSS!
