Walk 30 minutes every day, whether you workout or not (some of my best ideas come when I'm walking).

Just 30 minutes of daily, brisk walking helps give you these benefits:

If you have not been working out much, the progression of cardio exercise should be low-intensity aerobics to moderate/high-intensity aerobics to high-intensity anaerobic exercise (like sprint intervals).

Do walk intervals this way:
  • Walk fast, 2 minutes
  • Walk slow, 1 minute
  • Do this rotation for 30 minutes
