Exercise When You Can

There are no excuses for not exercising! Take advantage of the free time you have during the day and exercise. Doing two separate cardio sessions for 15 minutes each (or 3 sessions for 10 minutes each) gives you the same calorie burn as one 30 minute session.

So, go ahead and walk during your breaks at work! This will get you started and progressing to higher-intensity exercise.
